good morning!

Well this is the first quiet morning I have had to sit down and play with the new high speed Internet. I cannot believe how fast it just goes where you tell it to. How did we get by for so long
on rural dial up? Our new home is still a bit far out of town but it is true there are some things about real rural living that I will never miss. Dial up for one, gravel/dirt roads being another.
Kenny mowed and weed eated and it only took an hour instead of all day!

The new house is great and as soon as I get Mike to teach me I will post some pictures. We have been here for a very busy month already. We have most of our belongings gathered from the various places we had them stored, still a few things at NOLNOC and the pool table and a book shelf still in the Lands storage barn. I have emptied more boxes than I care to even think about counting and stored what we do not need in the attic. (Actually Kenny put them in the attic, I don't know why I have a thing about not wanting to go up those stairs. Kind of creepy! Could be some crazy fear caused by reading to many of my mothers spooky story's at a young age! :-) )
I got Hope's room painted last week, Sassy Pink, she loves it. We hung book shelves on one wall in her room and I sewed a small canopy for over her bed. It turned out really nice.
The kids and I have been to the public pool and the public library and today will be visiting the territorial museum. Hope said if she likes it she may change from wanting to bee a zoo keeper when she grows up to working there.
We have had visitors to Turtle Point already. Michele, Matt, Holden and Logan were here already and Uncle Print and Aunt Elaine came to see us on Friday. They were able to find us okay though we discovered that our address still cannot be found on a GPS. It was a really nice visit here and a lovely dinner at the Boneyard, our new favorite place to eat in Guthrie YUM!
We are having so much fun in our new home and having family and friends close by to come see us is such a treat. We are really looking forward to living here for a very long time!
(but you never know with us! HA HA)

Oh it is good to see you here again. Maybe with high speed it won't be months before you update us again. Of course you still have to fight the entire family for computer time. This was a great update.
